C is now almost 4! Hard to believe! She has been home almost 3 years. Time has flown by! She is everything we imagined she would be and more. C is loving, caring, happy, funny, outgoing, silly, smart, thoughtful, energetic, creative and the list goes on and on. Here are some recent pictures of her with big brother, K, who is almost 9.
